Pastors Jay & Tessy Miller

Pastors Jay and Tessy Miller are Lead Pastors of The Family Church, since 2002, and President of Lafayette Christian Academy. They were entrusted with The Family Church by founding Pastors, Sterling and Jean Miller, after 29 years of operation. Their personal philosophy and driving passion is that the strength of the church is in the power of a God-ordained vision that exemplifies God's love by reaching out to others. God has a plan, purpose, and destiny for each of our lives. Jesus came to give us life, and at that, life more abundantly! 

Josiah Broussard

Mr. Josiah Broussard, has been a principal at LCA since 2017. Upon completing his high school career, Mr. Broussard completed 2 years of Ministry Internship at The Family Church. He has earned a Bachelor's Degree in Education from ULL, and a Master's Degree in Education from LSUS. Mr. Broussard served as The Family Church's Children's Pastor for 5 years and a teacher at LCA for 6 years. 

Devin Lantier

Mr. Devin Lantier has been the Superintendent of Lafayette Christian Academy since 2022. He has been a board member at Crossroads Church since 2000 and currently resides as the Secretary Treasurer of the board. Mr. Lantier is a graduate of Acadiana High School and the former 25 year business-owner of The Finish Factory Inc. He is an ordained minister through Independent Ministries. Mr. Lantier considers it a great joy to partner with parents and families as we continue to walk out the missions and values of Lafayette Christian Academy. 

Sarah Dupuis

Mrs. Sarah Dupuis is Lafayette Christian Academy's Administrative Assistant. She has earned a Bachelor's Degree at ULL and a Master's Degree in Education at LSUS. Mrs. Dupuis is a graduate of LCA and has been a part of the LCA family ever since. Mrs. Dupuis is proud to be part of the Administrative Team at Lafayette Christian Academy and working on the business side of our school so that our teachers and principals can focus on the students. 

Kathryn Koch

Mrs. Kathy Koch has been our High School Principal since 2020. She has 34 years of classroom experience as a high school science teacher. Mrs. Koch earned her Master's degree in Secondary Science Education from ULL. She is confident that being a lifelong educator is God's calling on her life and considers it a privilege to work with and pour into the lives of our young adults.

Barry Baldwin

Mr. Barry Baldwin has been a part of Lafayette Christian Academy's family since 2007. Coach Baldwin has served as a Physical Education Teacher and Football, Basketball, and Baseball Coach. He is a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and earned a degree in Sports Management. Coach Baldwin has served as our High School Athletic Director since 2011.
